
Glen Messer is Visiting Assistant Professor of Methodist Studies and Senior Fellow of the Center for Global Christianity and Mission at Boston University School of Theology. He is a native of West Virginia, was raised in Michigan, and has called Massachusetts his home since 1997. He currently teaches courses in Methodist Studies and History of Christianity (specializing in the Modern Period). Additionally, he oversees the Center's Cross-Cultural Partnership program and edits the cgcm News. Glen Messer's interests include cross-cultural pedegogy & ministry. His historical research interests include 19th century religion & politics and the expansion of global Christianity.
